Biography: Prof. Xuhan Guo received the B.S. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China in 2009 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK, in 2014. He has worked as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge until 2017, then he moved to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, where he is currently an Associate Professor of photonics. He is the author or co-author of more than 50 publications, including Light: Science & Applications, Nature Communications and Laser & Photonics Reviews, etc. His current research interests include hybrid silicon lasers, silicon optoelectronic devices. Prof. Guo served as an associate editor of APL Photonics (2022-) and IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics (2022-). He also serves as the TPC co-chair of OECC 2023, the workshop & industry forum co-chair of ACP 2021, and the TPC member of a number of international conferences including ECOC (2018-), CLEO-PR (2018-2022) and GFP (2019).
