Biography: He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nanjing University in 2014 (Advisor: Professor Xinglong Wu), obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Physics at the National University of Singapore in 2018 (Advisor: Professor Wei Chen), and then conducted postdoctoral research at the School of Applied Physics at Nanyang Technological University (Advisor: Professor Qihua Xiong). He currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Ph.D. advisor at the School of Electronic Science and Engineering at Nanjing University. His main research interests include the coupling interactions between semiconductors and micro/nanostructures, ultrafast photo carrier dynamics, and the physics of low-dimensional semiconductor optoelectronic devices. As the first/co-first/corresponding author, he has published 12 papers in prestigious journals such as Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Nano Lett., and Angew. Chem., and co-authored 16 papers in journals including Nat. Mater., with 3 papers featured as cover articles, and 3 papers selected as "ESI Highly Cited". Cited over 2700 times, he has served as an independent reviewer for international journals like Nano Lett. and App. Phys. Lett., chaired sessions at the "2023 National Conference on the Application of Surface Analysis Science and Technology," and delivered 6 invited talks at significant international conferences such as the "2023 China-Korea Symposium on Low Dimensional Electronic and Photonic Materials and Devices." He was awarded the 2023 Nano-Micro Letters Young Scientist Award, the 2018 National Scholarship for Outstanding Self-financed Students Studying Abroad (500 recipients worldwide), and three Best Poster Awards at international conferences.
