The Proceedings of this conference will be published in the SPIE Digital Library with over 470,000 papers from other outstanding conferences and SPIE Journals and books from SPIE Press.

Recommended poster size: A0 portrait orientation, 800 mm wide x 1400 mm high

Conditions of Acceptance:

1. An author or coauthor will:

1) Register at the author registration rate.
2) Attend the meeting.
3) Make the presentation as scheduled in the program.
4) The presentation and submission must be substantive reports of significant original research with clear English.

2. Abstract Submissions (Required)

Abstract Submission Deadline: April 15, 2026

Please register and log in HUITONG CIS to submit your abstracts.

1) P1) For plenary talks-40min（大会报告-40分钟）、Keynote talks-30min（主旨报告-30分钟） invited talks-25min（邀请报告-25分钟） and contributed talks（作者投稿）including oral-15min（口头报告-15分钟） and poster- Award Excellent Poster at banquet（张贴报告，在晚宴颁发优秀张贴报告奖），please submit a 250-word abstract suitable for early release according to the abstract template. Abstracts should contain enough detail to clearly convey the approach and the results of the research. If accepted, the 250-word abstract will be published prior to the meeting in the online or printed programs promoting the conference.
2) Only original material should be submitted.
3) An author or coauthor can only submit a manuscript published in the SPIE Digital Library after an abstract submission.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance: Abstract submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by e-mail 2 weeks after Abstract Submission Deadline.

3. Manuscript Submissions (Published in Proceedings)

Manuscript Submission Deadline: May 31, 2026

Please submit the manuscript to SPIE Submission System after receiving the Notification of Abstract Acceptance.
• Please be aware of the following before you begin to upload:

1) No less than 6-page.
2) Preferred file format is Microsoft Word or Postscript.
3) PDF format is also acceptable.
4) File types: .docx, .doc, .rtf, .ps, .prn, .pdf

• Please note that the manuscript might be rejected by SPIE if

- The manuscript is not in adherence with SPIE format specifications or does not reach SPIE on time. (SPIE will contact authors whose manuscripts have formatting problems. The authors shall be responsible for correcting any problems and submitting revisions in a timely manner.)
- The manuscript with too high similarity according to Crossref Similarity Check.
- Any no-show paper will not be published or indexed.

* Your paper will only be published and indexed if you submit the manuscript to SPIE Submission System. You can only submit an abstract to Huitong CIS for academic communication.
* 若文章不需要收录及检索，作者可以仅将摘要投至汇同会议系统作参会交流；若需要会议文集收录及检索，作者需将摘要投至汇同会议系统后，通过审稿再将全文投至SPIE的投稿系统。
